John Marston has been an innovator in the Insurance, Professional Employer Organization, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resource Outsourcing industries since 1976. In the span of 45 years, he has owned and managed his own insurance agency, brokerage, PEO, Staffing Company and Insurance/Captive Program Platforms.
Today, John is a consultative risk manager for Free Market Administrators, LLC, a Third-Party Administrator in Addison, Texas. FMA manages and administers life, accident and health programs for hundreds of markets that want to disrupt their traditional insurance risks internally through self-insurance, innovative claims mitigation programs and/or captive risk management solutions. Working with employers, insurers/captives, associations, affiliations, and provider groups.
Donna Fendley, COO
Donna Fendley has been in the healthcare industry for over 35 years and is COO of FMA. She executes the overall operational and strategic vision and has extensive experience ranging from clientele engagement to business development. Which affords her the ability to support vertical and horizontal accountability successfully. Donna managed Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas TPA from a startup to producing market growth of over 250,000 lives. She has also run technology companies and worked within the population health industry.
Day-to-Day, Donna develops innovative health solutions, strategic partnerships, enhances health plan operations and the data, analytics, and technology for the company.
